Does EMET update through Windows Update?

    No, you'll have to manually do that. Also the download page changes every time, which makes things harder.
    There aren't any third-party download sites that host it, so checking their RSS is useless. SUMo doesn't detect it either.

    Only way to keep up to date (that I know of) is by checking Wilders or some tech news sources.
