    WinHKI Checksum-Calculator Anti-Virus - This seems to simply compute hash values of the areas in question...

    I think MultiHasher may allow you the same. There's a been sometime since I last used it. I don't recall. I'll be back at you in a moment. ;)

    Yep, it may be what you're looking for. It's from the same team behind HostsMan -http://www.abelhadigital.com/multihasher

    If you open the program, you'll see in the main UI a + sign. You can add files, a folder, path (this seems to kind of allow the same as in the folder option) and processes.

    You can then, once all the hashes are computed, save the result - File > Save list. Then at a later moment you can go to File > Load list, and it will verify if the hashes match.

    By default it computes MD5, but you can choose more. Just click on top of MD5.
