do you know about win32/vb.ngm worm ?

Can u tell me how to clean this virus?

this virus creates the name of the same folder inside the folder we enter. this folder can not be deleted. it disables the anti - virus program and task manager also.

please help me.

 

What AV did you use?

Try to download and run these two standalone programs:ewido_micro + Drweb cureit

 

Did you try scanning in Safe Mode or under Dos?

Try f-prot dos scanner or cureIT or bitdefender free in safe mode.

 

I looked up a bit and I think is a variant of the Win32/VB.NEI virus. Description cand be found on h**p://www.eset.com/msgs/vbnei.htm and also on h**p://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/vb_bi.shtml. On the F-Secure site there is a disinfection tool.

Try it, maybe it helps.
