Disk Director operations taking forever

I have Disk Director Suite 9. It is taking forever for committed operations to finish. For example, I just moved a 37GB partition from one disk to another, and it still hasn't finished some 20 hours later!! It seems to create partitions in a relatively acceptable time frame, but should it be taking this long to move a partition? Thanks in advance for any help.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest (534) build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

Also please make sure the operation speed is not limited by your computer performance.

Could you please let us know the used space size of these 37Gb?
