Disk Director adn problem on NTFS :(

I install Disk Director 9.0 Bulid 518 ....
I have:
Partition 1: Windows XP Prof (Prim,NTFS)
Partition 2: Windows XP HOme (Prim,NTFS)
Partition 3: data disk ( logical,NTFS)
Partition 4: Acronis (Prim,NTFS)

instal and ok ...but when Acronis started and I click Turn Off .. comuter is off ..start ckom ... and ERROR 3 Acronis i s death ( when start boot CD I must instal acronis ) when I use power off on comp buton or windows turn off com ..all is ok .. only when I use Turn Off in Acronis ...( windows in Acronis dont save size )

when I Partition 4 convert on FAT16 ... then All is ok ... windows save size ... and when I use turn off in acronis ..... acronis is start when power on comp

why ??
