Deus Ex Human Revolution OnLive Copy?

My friend just got Deus Ex for the computer, and it also came with an OnLive coupon. Does this mean he has two copies, and I could have one? Or would only he be able to use both of them?

 

This is all i could find on it. The first sentence tells you what the coupon is for. It sounds like a free copy. I dont see why you couldn't give the code to a friend.

I tried it and it worked, however I though OnLive was like Steam or Impulse. If I'd known I would be streaming it from their computers I wouldn't have done it. I couldn't edit the graphics settings and it ran horribly. I'm asking them if they will restore the promo code so my friend can maybe let someone else use it.
