Desperate! Please help Ive tried everything!!

Listen i wont lie im a a noob..i followed instruccion like i was told from a friend..and i posted that i had a problem at the thread i was "supposed to put it in" but no reply all i want is to know how to remove this thing from my pc please help me here is my log file...form hijackthis..i have adware spyblaster avg, and titanium anitvirus.
My AVG antivirus detected an Dropper Small trojan, but it doesnt get it in the scan and its making my pc ridiculously slow, and its getting worse i need help i would apreciate anything you guys could help me with.

I am by no means an expert on Highjackthis but I did see something odd.
iefwbar.dll

so I did the normal google and found one good hit. Appears this guy had the same problem.
he had two things in common with you. fizzlewizzle and the DLL file listed in your log.
His file is still there , yours shows missing

At least this may lead you on the correct path.
