    "no program can access Device\PhysicalMemory"

    This for a start means DOS programs cannot work at all with the protection driver. DOS programs need their own allocated memory to be run in Windows.

    neutered :) a major feature of Windows is now disabled

    But at least new drivers cant be installed.. :) security is a lot better when they cant.
