    I'm using Backup Free 10.

I'm trying to schedule a daily full backup and have the new backup overwrite the previous backup.

I've followed previous posts and have scheduled a backup for each day in a a different folder for each and have unchecked the "generate unique names" box in the wizard while creating each schedule.

The backups occur as scheduled but they do not overwrite the last backup. Instead they create a new sub-folder and new backup.

I've tried testing this by running a backup twice to the same folder but it still does not overwrite the previous one.

Have I missed something in scheduling it this way?

Easiest way is to open and edit the script and look exactly where the path and file name it's written to. Click on "Scheduled Task" right-click the task and "Edit Script".
