    I ran Acronis Drive Cleanser (for like 12 seconds) and it erased a bunch of my stuff.

    I have the log for it, is there any way to get this stuff back?

    Not with any Acronis products, and if it performed a secure wipe, I'm not sure that any recovery products would work.

    If you have an image or file and folder backup, you could either mount the image and drag back your missing files/folders, or restore your file and folder backup.

    Other than that, the news isn't good.
