   I found out my cable company allows me to watch live tv on my pc by downloading this program. http://iao.cdn.cox.net/CTVCResidential/upgrade/ctvc.html
   
   My question is how do I record any of the tv in the program easily ? Is there a program that would do that ?

   Well I tried Camtasia Recorder 8 and the program detects it and stops playback.
