Could someone tell me what this error message is and why ??

ERROR WRITING TO FILE: (0X4003) ( The file or folders location)

I get this when doing a new backup when writing to DVD.. What can I do??

 

Slow the backup down to the slowest speed and see if that eliminates the problem.

Where do I go to change in Acronis home the write speed on my burner.. I looked around but can't find the option ....

 

Backup speed is set in "Setting Backup Options". Set the "Backup Priority" to Low, this will ensure that the backup is created using the slowest speed. The actual speed depends on your CPU, RAM and other factors.

But give it a try and see if it helps...
