Could SB 3.2 be preventing Windows Updates from installing

    I am having a problem installing a particular Windows ME update. The Cumulative patch for Outlook Express SP1 (KB837009) is not installing on my system. I have tried everything including every Tekkie board on the net and used everyones suggestions and can still not get this update installed. Is it possible that SB3.2 is preventing it from installing ?

    Have you properly disabled All protection and then tried to applythe update ?
    To my knowledge there is not an entry in the ActiveX, Cookie or Restricted Sites list that would cause this problem.
