Could not write value name.....Verify that you have sufficient access to that key

    When I try to install nod32 4 this window comes up, i just bought the antivirus and the smart security today.

    Installer Information
    Could not write value name to key/software\ESET\ESETSecurity\CurrentVersion\Sheduler\1. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel

    CANCEL RETRY IGNORE

    If i ignore it proceeds with another error regarding another file

    If i cancel the action rolls back

    Please Help

    Does the problem persist even if you follow the instructions in this KB article?

    I tried to install the smart security earlier today but application didn't work it left a few files but i have deleted all of these
