Console crashes

    I have ERA 4.0.138.12 installed on Windows 2008 Server, and 3 consoles - on this server, and on 2 Windows XP workstations
    Console on Windows XP sometimes crashes - after opening Remote install tab. On Windows 2008 server console works without crashes
    In Dr.Watson log I see exception c0000005
    I have send debug information to official support, but still waiting answer

    Any ideas?

    Temp solution from support:
    1. Rename consoleLang.dll
    2. Del HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Console\CurrentVersion\Data

    On another server russian console crashes in tabs on-demand scanning logs or moblie logs tab

    error in windows event logs

    Faulting application console.exe, version 4.0.138.12, faulting module console.exe, version 4.0.138.12, fault address 0x001085e2.
