Clone HD of SBS 2003

I have been using Acronis TI 8 for many years now but it would not create an image of a new SONY VAIO notebook - so I am now in the process of either upgrading to ATI Home 2009.

I have only just heard about Paragon Drive Backup 9.0.
If I only need to create a bootable snapshot image of an SBS 2003 HD - which is the better software - Paragon or ATI?

Will the above versions work for SBS 2003? If not - what is it that stops these versions from creating images? The hardware for the SBS machine is a HP ML110 with a SCSI drive.
