Chrome Releases Faster, More Stable 64-Bit Builds for Windows

    I apologize for responding to a month-old post but:

    I have been using the portable 64-bit (Dev) version from this site --> http://www.chrome64bit.com/index.php/chrome-64-bit-portable - no issues thus far but then I really don't use Chrome extensively.

    From what the CEO, Founder and Lead Developer of PortableApps.com has stated about "32/64-bit dual mode" portable apps, I think you can forget about seeing a portable version of 64-bit Chrome over there anytime in the near future. Hopefully, he'll change his mind after it hits the release channel but it will have to offer some significant benefits over the 32-bit version.
