Of course, it a great country. Great things and sometimes not so great things. But I digress. I'm surprised it wasn't closed earlier as it was reported days ago initially.

So what, they were selling the real apple products, so if Apple does not want to sell there, why they bother, if someone else does, they will get money from it anyway.

    How?

What do you think McDonalds will say if I open a restaurant that has the name "McDonalds" that looks exactly the same as the originals, same interiors, serves the same food etc... But I am the owner?
And the staff believe that they are working for McDonalds and not for "McDonalds"

In other article Apple representative confirmed, that they were original products, just the shop was not licenced, so they actually bought it from apple, so no harm done.

No harm done? Well considering that the employees thought that they were working in a Real Apple Store for Apple, when in fact they didn't. That seems really wrong to me. :ouch:
