Changing your password regularly is a terrible idea, and here's why

    Well this is nothing new. Anyone who has had to force frequent passwords on users can tell you this.

    best way is to use a common passphrase and change an element according to the website:

    ex:

    i$love!this%site:Wilders
    i$love!this%site:Malwaretips

    simple , efficient and easy to remember
