Change IP software?

    Is there some software that allows me to easily change my IP address temperately? I'm in the UK and was browsing Hulu (US TV show streaming site) and it won't work with a UK IP....

    OperaTor (Opera browser + Tor) free but you can chose what address you want. Slow
    Hide My IP 2008: Very fast, not free. the best imo

    Edit: If it is this one I just tested the demo and while it worked it was unbelievably slow. It appears I'd have to pay for a premium subscription on top of the software cost?

    When one site was banned to me in Canada, I used a proxy here and had no issues, free too, have a look: http://proxy.org/
