I get 2 errors . The device UIM Mounted Image(1)' cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device again later. The other error is Operation Failed. Image is already mounted. Tried it again and now another error. Problem ejecting UIM mounted image.

Yes I did that and it worked but I then mounted the image again and opened one of the folders from the image like I did earlier but when I go to unmount the image I get all those errors again. Something isn't right. I shouldn't have to keep rebooting to unmount the image.

I finally got it to work so far. Uninstalled paid version. Had time left on my 30 day trial. reinstalled the trial. added my license and now it works .

    It was a bizarre situation.

I think it just didn't install properly. A reinstall - or a reinstall of the trial version ( as you did) will often sort it out.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the paid version a couple of times.

    Very strange.

Glad it's working for you now.
