Can't Image C: system drive.

How do I image my C drive where my operating system, Win2K, is running, while it is running. I thought that it couldn't do it while I was up and running but I selected the C partition and it walked me all the way through and then just sat there..

 

Opened up TI 8 this morning and the is a Task waiting to backup/image my C drive. No idea how to activiate it, but it ran through a quick analysis of all my partitions and then stopped in some mode. Says "Now waiting for the other task completion" but it's the only task showing. ??

 

I don’t remember what things are called in version 8, but you might check Task Manager to see what’s running. I recall having to terminate some process when a task was going nowhere, just can’t remember the name.
