Can't cut/copy and paste in certain places in Windows 8.1

    Fort Worth, Texas USA "Where the West Begins"
    So I reinstalled 8.1 and all went fine except I use a radar software called GR2AE to track severe weather. I cannot cut/copy and paste my program codes into any part of the program. Anyone have any advice? It seems to be limited to that program.

    Webroot was causing the issue
