Can't create image of HD

    Why can't I create an image of my hard drives? Each time I try, True Image hangs. I tried version 9 and have gone back to 8 with the most recent build, but neither version works!!

    Tell us more about your system.
    Imaging to internal/external disk, DVD, CD, etc?
    Imaging with Windows (what version) or bootable CD?
    Desktop/Notebook model,etc.
    TrueImage version and build.
