Can't access download

    I have a new laptop with Windows 7 and have purchased Eset Smart Security but when I go to download it, the page comes up "Problem loading page - unable to connect".

    I remember my PC used to do this, but a computer tech guy helped me with some malware issues and managed to sort it out - but I have no idea how!
    I recall he went to our internet provider's site and got a numbered address of some sort and he entered that in, but I have no idea where.o_O
    I also couldn't download any Microsoft updates..
    Once he did that, I could download it no dramas.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated :rolleyes:

    Are you able to download the 32-bit version of ESET Smart Security from here?
