I have transfered bookmarks back and forth from Opera and FF but you might be out of luck on passwords

Roboform can help you. I think that you must type in the password the first time but then you can use any browser.
You can try it for free. The free version is limited to 10 passwords, but you´ll get a good idéa of how it works.

DonMartin, looks like RoboForm does not work with Opera: Browsers That Are Not Supported. And after reading this support page: Import opera passwords to firefox, which is the reverse of what Mantra is asking for, there might be a problem of different encryption methods used by both browsers.

Even the Secure Login FF Add-on, similar to Opera's Wand, does not say anything about exporting passwords. Unless someone here at Wilders knows of another way, Mantra could be out of luck on this one.
