My first try at exploring an image, one of C: (Win98SE) on two DVD's,
failed with the error condition "Cannot assign a drive letter to a
partition from the image archive." The manual (for TI7, which seems to
be the latest downloadable version although I'm using TI  makes no
mention of some images being non-explorable. If I think about it, I can
see a problem in swapping DVD's as one explores down the partition's
tree. Is this the reason for my problem? If some images are excluded
from exploration, it would be nice if the documentation or the Wizard's
messages said so. Thanks for any comments.

    Hi Upbacker,

The current version of TI can't explore images that has been created across multiple CDs/DVDs. You will need to copy all the separate .tib files back to a single folder/partition on your hard drive first.
