I wanted to report a 'bug' that has been there for quite some while in ESS, but it isn't really a problem, but it might be for some inexperienced users who use the firewall in interactive mode. During computer start-up it is possible that the Local Security Authority Process(lsass.exe) asks for internet acces, but ESS hasn't started then, so the pop-up is not displayed. Because of that lsass.exe is still 'waiting' and the start-up of the computer won't go on normally, some start-up programs, including egui.exe won't start. This can be solves by starting egui manually, then the lsass firewall pop-up will appear, and you can deny or allow, and then the start-up will resume. If you create a permanent rule for lsass.exe this won't happen, but if you haven't done that yet, this might happen and then you think "why the hell won't ESS start" so i thought let's report this bug :)
