bought licence, but entered in wrong email address

    Hello, I have bought a 3 Yr 1 Computer licence, but when filling the information in I put the wrong email address in.

    And so therefore have not recieved an email with username and password.

    It has taken money out of my account, so i have the proof of me buying it so could one of the admins/support officers help me with getting the email changed to the right one, so I can be sent the info and start using the licence.

    BTW I have used the support feature on the homepage but haven't heard back from them so that's why i'm contacting the forums

    Have you tried contacting ESET's Australian distributor directly by either sending an email to info@eset.com.au or calling them at +61 (7) 3325 2999?
