Boot Configuration Data in Windows 7 64 -Bit

If I do this when Returnil System Safe/virtual system is enabled ->

    - install Hmonitor Version 4.4.3.5 (AB Software) and allow self-signed X64 drivers to load.

    or

    - [windows key] > type cmd | press CTRL+SHIFT + ENTER (to enter an elevated command prompt)
    - type bcdedit.exe /set testsigning on
    - then press ENTER

Are windows boot options protected when Returnil virtual system is enabled ?
The TESTSIGNING boot configuration option is enabled ,when I restart my computer.o_O

Hi mjlk and welcome to the forums :)

Can you describe what you are doing and the result of that test in a more linear way? Are you asking if you do this will "X" happen, or are you saying you did "X" and then saw a change in the boot menu?

I installed Hmonitor when I was using Returnil virtual system.

Then when I boot up, I see "Test Mode - Windows 7 - Build 7600" at the bottom right of the screen.

So the system was not protected.

Give us some time to test the program and your report as I am not personally familiar with the software or all it is designed to do. In the interim, did you activate the Anti-Execute option (home > Virus Guard > Additional protection options...) before attempting to install Hmonitor?

    Thanks

I can do the same change with windows command prompt when Returnil System Safe/virtual system is enabled.

    bcdedit.exe /set testsigning on
    or
    bcdedit.exe /set testsigning off

And i can see the change when I boot up if I type in windows command prompt

    bcdedit.exe

The testsigning is No or Yes
