Bloclist manager installation

    Tried to install blocklist manager from bluetack, however during installation it mentioned mscomctl.ocx in sys32 that it can't do anything to it as another program is using it.

    Went to their website and under installation they mention ocx fix any idea what this is? do I need this? as I am running XP pro with SP2

    they also give a link to download ocx fix but it's not there.

    Has anyone encountered these problems? any solutions?
