Blocking certain file access to internet

    Hi I am wanting to block certain files from transmitting information from my computer. I have looked in everywhere and cant seem to find. I have version 3.0.642. If this wont do any idea how i can block

    Don't think there is a way to blockcertain files but you can block Applications.
