Bitdefender IS 2013 HTTP Traffic Scan

Long time ESET user, but when my license expired thought I would try Bitdefender. In the short time I have used this software have become increasingly annoyed when the HTTP traffic scanner blocks sites that I have historically visited without incident. Mind you these are sites that even Bitdefender TrafficLight shows green. Yesterday it even blocked a download update from Roboform, and even when I acknowledge the warning message to proceed, nothing happens. Sadly, there is no local white list that I can add these exceptions. My only option is to temporarily turn off on-access scanning which is rather bothersome. Before I go back to ESET, I was curious what other good AV products allow user defined filter exceptions?
