Big tmp file created in windows/temp folder

    Hi I have noticed that NOD32 (V3.0.621) creates a big tmp file in the windows/temp folder. The file is about 1.7GB. Can any one please tell me what this file does and what it is used for. The file goes away if I restart the ekrn.exe.
    Could any one please help me on this. This file causes Disk cleanup utility to hang.

    I think so. ;) I'm just using poor attempts at humour to defuse any tension caused by this problem.
