what's the difference between Chrome and Chromium?
where can I download Chromium for Windows?

 

It needs to first have enabled Javascript in your browser to work.
Is it always the case with this geolocation thingy?

Chromium is the open source development release. It can contain untested versions (which do not work). As shown in my previous post, they allready work on th enew feature (location blocking) but it does not work yet. Also Chromium does not have Chrome privacys issues.

Advantage of Chromium over Chrome: incognito mode it is possible to use extentions.

Comodo Dragon is also a pretty much secured browser... It is also based on open Source Chromium technology.
