I don't understand your question. What OS are running? It sounds like you're trying to run Pebuilder using WIN2K files. You must use XP with at least SP1 preferably SP2. Slipstreaming is used to incorporate SP2 into your XP install CD.

Well as I said you must have XP to build a BartPE disk. If you have a friend who has it installed and has an actual XP install disk this is what you need. Look here for the details http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/.

You can use it WIN 2K. However you must create it using XP SP1 or SP2. Then you will be fine.

Find friend who has what you need or upgrade to XP.

What that means is you can build your CD on any of the operating systems listed but you must meet the build requirements to create it:

    Requirements to build:

    1. The files from your Windows Installation CD-Rom.
    Supported Windows versions are:
    * Windows XP Home Edition (must be slip streamed with Service Pack 1 or higher)
    * Windows XP Professional (must be slip streamed with Service Pack 1 or higher)
    * Windows Server 2003, Web Edition
    * Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition
    * Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition
    2. PE Builder runs on Windows 2000/XP/2003/BartPE systems.
    3. CD/DVD writer if you want to creat a bootable CD/DVD.

In other words you need one of the Windows versions listed just above to actually create a working CD. You didn't read the entire page.
