Backup & Recovery and 64 bit

    I just recently switched to the 64 bit OS and knew that B&R had a 64 bit version, so I figured - great. Only it installed in the x86 folder and is completely a 32 bit app. Now, I don't have a problem with that in the slightest if everything will work as expected - since B&R is my favorite backup tool. Are there any known problems and are there any plans for a true 64 bit version?

    Nubster,

    You are completely correct, our software only emulates running in x64 bit, and is actually a 32 bit application, however there are no (known) issues with the current release of B&R in x64 bit mode. As for a native x64 bit version, I don't know if that is in the plans or not, but would suspect that it is not at the moment, since there are no issues with our current solution.

    Matt thank you for your reply. B&R runs in 64 bit without a hitch. :thumb:
