I'm getting this error message from a clients installation of Trueimage server 8 running on Windows 2000 server:

Backup operation completed successfully. Cannot read log file.

This is coming via email so notification is working fine. Obviously, it can't attach the log file though.
If I look on the server, there is no logging data.

The job is fired off by a script run by windows scheduler. This image itself is created fine (or at least so it appears, hence the need to see the log file). Has anyone seen this problem? Do I need to explicity use a script command to make it create the log file?

    Help!

    Ta....

    Hello Eddster,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Could you please send a letter to support@acronis.com with the detailed description of how the task was scheduled and what was the result of image verification (please run the "Check Image" tool if you haven't yet). It will allow us to investigate the problem.

    Thank you.
