Backup Delayed and No Listed Archives..??

    When I schedule a backup job, the job always starts several minutes after scheduled time. Why?

    Furthermore, after the backup job has successfully completed, the Archive does not show up in the list. Only after I manually verify the Archive, would it be listed.
