    Tried doing 2 backups to an external USB drive after booting from the Boot CD.
    I selected all partitions in both cases. (3)
    The first time I used Normal compression and the second time I selected No compression.

    I got the following errors this morning when I did an Archive Verification on the non-compressed backup.

    2( OX640002 )

    504( OX101F8 )

    6( OX640006 )

    Is there a place to look up these codes??

    Thanks!
    Note: Ran this on a Dell Inspiron 1300 Laptop USB to Maxtor 250GB drive.

    Hello IMS,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    We are sorry for the delayed response.

    Could you please collect the log file from Acronis True Image that contains the error message. In order to do so please do the following:

    - run the program;

    - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;

    - select the log with error messages;

    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon).

    Please provide the exact name and build of the product you use. You can find in this information in the Help -> About dialog. Please also clarify if you used Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media or did you use Acronis True Image in Windows to validate the image archive?

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
