I'm on a single user computer.

openoffice/data/settings/user is the folder to back up if you wanna save personal configuration settings.

In another ooo instance, just reinstall the folder following the same path, the settings are then identical.

    Cheers

    i found:

    \Documents and Settings\<INSERT USER NAME HERE>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\registry\data

    and

    \Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.1\share\registry\data

which one could it be? maybe both.

i may just give up on backing up settings http://img131.imageshack.us/img131/9593/throwco3.gif
