    Do you mean the title of this thread?
    It's not bold to you, since you've already read it. Once i type this, if you spotted from the "New Posts" link, or User CP, it will be bold, since you haven't read my post yet.

    Edit: oh wait, you're trying the bold tags. I don't know if it works for the title. But in any case the right tag is missing the /

    Those bbcodes don't work in titles. As Pedro said, titles are only bold if they are unread to the person who is viewing them. You can't set bold or anything else in a title otherwise.
