B&R 2013 Free

    I'm confused about B&R 2013. The press seems to think B&R 2013 has been released, there was a link to B&R 2013 which actually downloaded 2012 on the Paragon website (this now seems to be back to 2012). So was it announced then withdrawn? Is the 2012 one on the website definitely the latest version?
