OMG - what if you could find a way to make PG's "Window Log" appear in the TaskBar? As a constantly running thing? So that, each time you clicked on something, if it generated a log entry - you'd see it instantly?

This would only be an "Optional" setting, of course (due to probable resource issues involved) - but think about it - instant notification (if you're watching what the heck's happening) if something crops up!

Is this a Plan - or have I already had too much coffee?? Pete

There's no room!? Even PG's taskbar text gets shortened to "Process Gu..." ;)

I have already suggested a popup (or taskbar blinking is good too) and i don't know if it is planned.
It isn't a major need but it could be an optional feature to please everyone :)

Personally i have the PG tray "hidden" by the XP taskbar (i hide resident icon protection) so i wouldn't see the icon blinking i think.

Okay, you know the Java headers on some pages? The scrolling ones? Couldn't the log be output to one of those and it be left running "on top"? Pete

(Ooooooh, I can hear people screaming about "Java" already! <g>).

Hmm - UNLESS..... (to be continued).
