Is there a major release coming down the pike, cause all day today I can't connect to the servers (using free version).

The major update came down yesterday. The AntiVir install version now stands at 7.06.00.268. Like you I've been unable to update today at all.

Cool, it's all good. I'm not one of those bloody folk who bitch and moan about a "FREE" product that won't update every .00000000000001 seconds; this free product spanks the vast majority of pay only products, and with an over 70% detection from heuristics alone, I feel covered. :thumb:

This is strange. My version shows this................

    Program: Productversion
    Filename: build.dat
    Version: 7.06.00.166
    Date: 8/31/2007

I just installed it yesterday. I just did a manual update, but no change.

Like I said, I've been unable to update today. Yeah, yeah, I know you're running Premium and I'm running Classic. No trouble for you to update. Low blow, BigC, low. ;).

    Later.

HI bigc. I see you are using Avira Premium. Since I'm using Avira IS, maybe that is why the product version number is different from yours. Maybe some Avira expert here at Wilders can confirm that. I just got my update for 9/6/2007, and product version number hasn't changed.
