    I searched but could not find that this had already been posted here yet:doubt:

    This is from AV-C YouTube channel.

    Antivirus Product of the year 2009 video. Including an interview with Peter Szor from Symantec.

    Edit: Forgot to say that in the video AV-C say they got over 400 workstations in their labs,
    including 300 in Innsbruck, 40 in Munich. And more than 50 honeypots worldwide.

    A worthwhile video. Hopefully, the work of AV-Comparatives will enhance competition among all anti-malware vendors, and drive innovation in the discipline.

    Yea I thought it would be quite interesting for everyone to know how well equiped they actually are.

    So for an independent organisation, it's not bad I have to say.

    And yes Symantec did very well indeed in 2009, so they do deserve it.
