Automatic "send" if user doesn't check in every so often

    I don't really know how I can describe it but is there a website out there that lets you draft an email, or upload a file, and then have it be automatically sent out to an address if you don't check in every so often?

    but I would imagine sending scheduled email should have apps available or in some email setting, like gmail or their labs extras
