Automatic disinfecting

    Hello,

    When I use run local scan, nod32 5 detect and cleans; When I right click on HD, External HD or any removable device and scan, it detect but does not clean!

    Please advise.

    Can you provide logs for both types of scans? In the meantime, obviously, run your scans through the standard on-demand scan from the GUI.

    If a threat is not cleaned, you either ran the scan in scan-only mode or the threat was detected in an archive which requires selecting an action at the end of the scan.
