I purchased my first five pack of NOD32 v2.7 in August 2007. I liked it so I bought another five prorated licenses in January 2008 v3.0. I used the same username and password to set up the second five because I wanted them all to expire at the same time. April 2008 I purchased another 5 prorated licenses, again I wanted them to expire at the same time. With this last five pack I was given a new username and password. Since last week one day my first 10 installations can't update? Can I (am I suppose to) use the same username and password for all fifteen installations? Is there an account area on ESETs website that allows you to see your status?

    Thanks.

    Hello!

A bit of mess has happened but in all cases you should contact your reseller or ESET directly so that they can check the license and see what is going on with it . They are the onliest who can fix the issue
