Are these Acronis services necessary?

    I see that a service called "Acronis Scheduler2 Service", as well as two other programs ("schedhlp" and "true image monitor") startup everytime I boot up my computer. What do these programs do, and is it necessary to have them running all the time?

    Yes. They are required to support TrueImage. They are small and won't cause a problem.
